If within 15 days after receiving the items you ordered from Luna Nuova, you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase, it is enough to:

* send us an e-mail message to info@lunanuova.com indicating the articles that you wish to return, with the order number.

* Send us, at your expense, the items in their original package, and a copy of the postal document.

You will receive your money back within 30 days, minus the postal costs.

Orders are sent via express courier service. You can expect delivery 3/7 working days after we receive your order, depending on the destination.

Rarely, it could happen that the requested item is sold out (all of our products are handmade). In that case we will immediately send you a message, indicating the amount of time necessary for the delivery. At this point you can confirm the order or annul it.

Indicatively, the time necessary for our artisans to make a new piece of jewelry is about 15 days.
